DRIVER CRITERIA
Driver is aged between 21 and 75 years of age. All drivers over the age of 65 arerequired to have an acceptable annual letter of health from a registered doctor ortheir authorized representative. Drivers aged 21 or 22 will only be accepted with aclean MVR (no “major” or “minor” violations whatsoever).Driver must have a minimum of 1 year commercial truck driving experience; except2 years are required for any driver operating for a new venture, which is a motorcarrier with less than a year of operation authority.Driver must have no more than 4 “minor” violations in the last 3 years, with no morethan 2 in the last year. No more than one “chargeable accident” in the last 3 years.Driver must have no “major” violations in the last 3 years.Driver must havee a current and valid driver’s license applicable in the US, Canada, orMexico (driver must have a federally issues CDL with a valid border crossing visa).Driver must have a commercial driving license endorsed for the equipmentoperated at the timee of loss oro damage.Driver must have no current license suspension.Driver shall not submit an MVR more than 3 months old.
